

NiK-0
NiK-0 is a puzzle adventure game set in a world that has lost power. The player controls the prototype NiK-bot, known as NiK-0, to solve puzzles connected to the electrical grid and restore power to the city.

The Team
For all intents and purposes, Kevin Toney is our producer and puzzle designer. Will Meyers, Ian Klask, and Spencer Albin are our team's programmers, each focusing on a particular aspect of the game. Adnan Patel, Kien Huynh, along with me make up our team of artists. Tabby Hien has helped us get started early with setting up NiK-0's animations, which have now become Adnan's priority. Dennis Bestafka is our sound designer who has provided us with both sound effects and music for our game.
My Role
Initially, I was brought on the team as the lead and concept artist. Over time I slowly became co-producer with Kevin Toney, handling most of the media side of things. My work happens behind the scenes but it inspires the work that we do. From concept art to writing up documents and marketing plans to running our Twitter and editing various trailers, my skills are used in a variety of ways on this team. Some of my work can be found below.

This is a video I had put together as an intro to our game.
I drew the 2D artwork. Other than the 3D placing battery animation (done by Tabby & Adnan), I animated and put together the rest. Dennis, once again, provided the music.
